Let me introduce my custom blend of Taste Portugal Tia Maria’s Portuguese all-purpose seasonings.
The classic tastes of Portugal are now here in a convenient and easy to use shaker jar. These seasonings are made with spices brought back with the Portuguese explorers from around the world to the homeland.
Just shake on poultry, beef, pork, seafood, vegetables and even soups and stews for delicious savory flavors.
Make a wet rub by mixing 2 tablespoons of spice, oil and white wine.
Spice up your recipes, grilling, barbeque and clambakes, or make the famous “piri piri chicken” or shrimp with the “spicy” blend.

PIRI PIRI CHICKEN
2 – 3 tbsp spicy blend
2 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
Make a wet rub with ingredients. Rub chicken with rub and marinate overnight or at least 2 hours.
Bake at 400 F for 1.5 hours or until crispy.
Grill outdoors until fully cooked.
