Portuguese Spice Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

2 racks of baby back ribs

2 tablespoons of My Portuguese Dry Rub Spice recipe mix

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of white wine

 

Barbeque Sauce: Optional

1 cup Ketchup

3 tablespoons Brown sugar

1 tablespoon Granulated sugar

tablespoon Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Piri Piri or Tabasco sauce

1 tablespoon White Vinegar

 

Preparation:

Rub the ribs with wine and let sit for about 10 minutes to reach room temperature. Rub with seasoning mix. Drizzle with the olive oil. Cook at 325 for 2 hours.

If you want to cover with the barbeque sauce, mix ingrideints in a small bowl and spread over the ribs 15 minutes before total cooking time.

When done, cover with foil and place in the oven to keep warm until ready to serve.
