Taste Portugal – Portuguese Dry Rub and Spice Mix

My spice mix will enhance all of your recipes! I make a big batch and place in mason jars for gift giving.

Order both cookbooks on Amazon:


4 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons paprika

2 teaspoons crushed black pepper

Optional:  If want a spicy blend  add (1 to 2 teaspoons of Piri Piri or Cayenne pepper powder)


Place all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well and place into clean dry glass jars. Store in the refrigerator.
